Keto Broccoli Slaw

I am a huge fan of coleslaw but it's typically loaded with sugar! It is such a summer staple and I love having this at cookouts and potlucks.



Here is my recipe that I use and even non-keto eaters love this recipe!

Combine all ingredients except slaw in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well. Add the shredded broccoli and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to combine.

This recipe makes 6 healthy servings. 178 calories, 3g net carbs, 18g fat, 1.5g protein.

Ingredients

sweetener - I use Stevia
1 packet sugar substitute

salt
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt

ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

celery seed
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

mayonnaise
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Heavy Cream
¼ cup heavy cream

white vinegar (or apple cider)
2 tablespoons white vinegar

lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Broccoli Slaw by Green Giant
2-¼ cup

Onion Powder
0.25 teaspoon
