Man oh man do I wish I was 15 pounds lighter! Oh yeah, I'm with child - ain't gonna happen!!! It doesn't mean that I can't share with all! The newest (although older than I am) style to hit the runway and streets of LA is the 70's style jean. Think mom style bell-bottoms but with a modern and sexy twist.

Listen carefully, it's pretty easy: please take your jeggings out of far too heavy rotation and give the distressed look a rest. Whether it's a full-on flare or a wide-leg style is totally up to you, just make sure you look for two things: a mid/high-waisted silhouette and a clean, simple wash. (The latter means a relatively monochromatic rinse with NO holes, rips, whiskers). Derek Lam's style should be your inspiration.
